Day 28: REAL NEWS HOURS EDITION. IT'S 5 AM and I just finished doing my push-ups 30 minutes ago. I was busy working on shit for @thescoop_us all day but I finally took a break at 4 am to do my push-ups lol. And if y'all have been following me since the beginning of this #THIQQchestchallenge, you'd remember that I wasn't able to complete all 100 push-ups a couple of days during the first few days of the challenge. I was still behind a total of 86 extra push-ups when I started today, and since I'm a man of great integrity and don't ever want to cheat myself, I made sure I did those extra 86 push-ups today since there's only 2 days left. I did a total of 186 push-ups today and I'm finally at the 2,800 total after 28 days mark I should be. Now it's time for bed 😴😴😴 -Steeve

Chest has always been my weak link in the armor; so for the past couple years it takes center stage to most of my other lifts as far as weekly output goes!
These pictures are a year apart!
I train chest twice a week and over the last year and I've really seen some gains! I broke my clavicle on a street bike accident in my 20's I didn't have the break set and ever since then I've had very hard time connecting with my right pectoral, for years my front delt did most of the chest things or my triceps did. This effected posture and posing as my shoulder likes to hang forward from the break( every chest pose felt like all delt)
I had to take my chest back to the beginning baby weights and reps. over time just like with anything else after putting in the work things started to change! .
Competition is what truly forced change(I'm addicted), it's hard to see what you need to work on and what your weak points are if you can't see them..lol after my first show started to force change in my physique. I'm no where near where I want to be but I'm on the road working my butt off each day to make gains and create my ideal Zues physique! .
Hey guys 👋🏼 Today I’ve got this awesome leg workout I wanted you to check out. I’m super stocked to have filmed my first leg workout in my new home, the southern mecca of bodybuilding. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions!
1️⃣ Machine front squats (this is hands down the best version of this machine I’ve seen from all of the gyms I’ve ever been too. 5 sets 15 reps)
2️⃣ Standing hamstring curl machine (if your gym has this machine you are gonna love it. I’ve never felt better isolation of hams and glutes. 6 sets 12 reps)
3️⃣ Seated quad extensions (classic - can’t go wrong. ( 5 sets 20 reps)
4️⃣ Straight leg deadlifts (went super light on these today. 7 sets 15 reps)
5️⃣ Tire flip! (first time trying this exercise out. If you got this in the gym you are the blessed one. I felt this thing everywhere, it’s like whole body workout in one. 4 sets 6 flips)
6️⃣ Wide stance squats (classic. 8 sets 10 reps from start to finish)
I have y’all enjoyed this workout and saved it for later. Don’t forget to tag your buddy that may need want to put on some on their legs 😎

Tom and I go waaaaay back so it is especially nice to have him on.
We’ve watched each other grow into the fitness industry.
From Tom skite and stozler to wrightfit and esgfitness 😂
We will be discussing careers in fitness.. what w would have done differently, what advise we would give to ourselves when we started.
Movable muscle- why it’s important to be able to move well to get the most from your training
What Tom has learnt from working in marketing and how this can be applied to PT business
You probably don’t want to miss this but if you do I will record it all just for you and upload it to YouTube. You’re welcome
🚨 increasing time under tension with alternating static holds 🔑
Full chest routine will be up on teambigbody .com later for you guys under “Blog and workout diary”page 🤜🤛
Gym tip: train chest on Sunday so you don’t have to wait for equipment on international chest day (Monday)
Training tip! Chest training doesn't always have to be bench pressing and dumbell moves. Try this at the end of your workout as a chest isolator. Stand in the middle of a cable crossover and keeping your elbows fused pull the weight up and in front of you at chest height, contracting the pectorals. You won't need much weight at all, so don't swing your arms or gain momentum from your hips. Keep your core tight and squeeze at the top. @dwfitnessclubs@dwfitnessfirsttelford#core#chest#chestpump#chestday#weightloss

What’s the first thing we do when we come back to Malta after a weekend in Romania? Hit the gym of course.😁 20kg (45lbs) incline dumbbell press.💪🏼 Haha oh, K🎥
I gota go hard EVERYDAY , as a man I don’t get the chance to take breaks, there’s too much riding on the line for me I can’t get sick I can’t stop or take a day off that’s the life of a MAN. I’m a vital asset to alot of moving parts daily. It took me a while in life to really embrace that. But I know my place , so if I don’t get sleep I’m good with that tired isn’t in my vocabulary my kids won’t see nothin but Superman in their eyes. BELIEVE ME IM BUILT FOR THE SH**s
👉🏽Just in time for international chest day! Try these the next time at the end of your chest workout. Pretty much a standing decline press, the angle of this exercise emulates the feeling you get from decline press combined with dips. To compliment the influx of calories I’m eating now, this is a VOLUME heavy burnout!☠️👊🏽
🛠Find a weight that’s moderately heavy. I did 5 sets of 20 for a cool 100 reps. After reaching 100, I did a burnout set till failure (shown here). 🔑KEEP THE REPS MOVING. Focus on continual motion to drive more blood flow and keep the heart rate crankin’! The last few reps where your arms feel like jello is where the magic happens. Powerful presses, some hard squeezes and controlled trackbacks and you will leave the gym with a serious pump!💪🏽🦍
