Just to prove I was not lying to you guys. Drone stayed nestled in the truck and I still walked this 2 story roof. Now it was tempting to get the drone! A beam raise on a fully extended 26 ft ladder is not easy 🤣
Thanks for referring my to your client @luis_757_realtor. Great working with you again. It was also a pleasure meeting Annamaria. Can't wait to go try her restaurant @marchesemarket!
Every year I find myself being excited for summer coming, but like always wishing I would’ve done more to make my body summer ready... story of my life haha. Instead of all the should’ve could’ve’s I’m going to embrace my curves and enjoy life! I mean I guess I just love carbs too much and it’s too hard to eat healthy ?! #icantquitefries#bodylikeabackroad#curvyfashion
It’s not everyday I take time to paint a piece for myself! You’d think I’d have a house-full of my own pieces but I don’t (anymore)! I need to work on that....one room at a time though, it’s a lot of work 😅 I needed this dresser to match my credenza on the right as well as my desk with a similar finish, so I went with my faux wood finish and painted the body white! A classic 👌🏼 this dresser has been in the family for years so I am happy I was able to put my own spin on it while preserving its sentimental value. If you have a piece you don’t like but feel guilty throwing out, I can help with that😊
Top Tips for House Hunting Online
Hunting for a new home online is a great place to start your search but
keep in mind that you don’t see everything. Real estate agents are great at highlighting the features of a house listing online but to make the most of your time, keep these three things in mind:
Identify your Housing Needs
Stay up to Date
Pictures can be Deceiving
Go See The Listing After
Searching online is a great way to learn more about the house you’re
looking for. Even if you’re still unsure about moving, house hunting online
gives potential sellers the basic information.
Our first apartment was tiny! It was originally built for Navy Officers a while back. Only a full size mattress could fit in the bedroom, so Ian made a bed frame that could be converted into a bigger size whenever we needed it. One day he’s gonna add a GORGEOUS slab of wood as a headboard and footboard, can you imagine how amazing that’d would look? But until then, we will embrace the minimalist look 👊🏻 I think that’s a lesson that’s so helpful to learn, especially in the social media scroll world: to enjoy the moment you’re in now! Sure, you got bigger and better and beautiful goals for the future, and definitely chase after them! But the moment now is beautiful, too! So embrace it while you got it! 😉
What’s one thing that’s happening in your life right now that you’re thankful for?
You may be reading this after trying several medications and seeing more than one type of doctor for an acute or chronic condition. Chiropractic care may be just the thing your body needs to help you make a comeback to pre-injury health status or beyond.
Don’t let an acute injury become chronic, and don’t let a chronic injury limit your quality of life. A healthy spine and nervous system is vital to healing no matter what the condition or length of time you have had it. Before your condition becomes more chronic than it is right now get it checked out.
