It’s the evening before surgery here American time. We have spent the last few days in the fresh air at West Palm Beach Zoo, playing golf at Quantum House and enjoying Grace the therapy dog 💕🐶
What else has our pre-op week looked like?
Monday we had pre op testing
Tuesday day off
Wednesday day off
Today Mia was a part of Dr Paley’s presentation to around 40 doctors from across the globe, met with the plastic surgeon who Dr Paley has asked to close her up...oh and bowel prep 💩 .Mia’s so hangry because she loves food so much and she can’t eat solids 😳. She is allowed jelly and ice blocks but she said she doesn’t want anymore sweet stuff 🤦♀️ (isn’t this every kid’s dream to eat jelly all day?) No movement yet despite the medication and it’s freaking me out that she isn’t going to go before surgery which was the goal to minimise infections on the table 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
We are pretty relaxed besides that, less worried about the operation and more worried about post-op.
Really the biggest concern is wound infection, I was aware of that coming into this and really we just have to take it day by day but I’m very conscious of it 😬
We will keep everyone posted over the next few days as to how she’s going.
We have a 6am scheduled start time tomorrow, so a very big day ahead. 😴
This looks appalling but was actually pretty delicious. I intended to make a bolognaise or moussaka but didn’t have all the ingredients I needed for either, so did a bodge job and made an ‘aubergine lasagne’. Made a ragu out of onion, pepper, garlic and lean beef mince, with tinned tomatoes and various herbs and spices. Then thinly sliced the aubergine and layered it like a lasagne, topped with @eatlean and baked. Was quite watery as I didn’t get chance to fry the aubergine off before layering it, but for a cobbled together tea it was delicious. Served it with some green veg (I’m aware it looks overdone, that’s because it was as I reheated mine after the gym) and this was under 500 calories with nearly 60g of protein.
First things first, before you can learn how to use false breakouts to your advantage, you have to know what they are and how to identify them.
A false break, or breakout, as the name implies, is any move (and subsequent close) above or below resistance or
support respectively followed by a reversal that fails to respect the broken level as new support or resistance.
Notice how NZDJPY closed above channel resistance on a 4-hour basis but subsequently failed to hold above it
as new support.to learn more click on the link in bio or send me a private message
Bali vlog number one.
The jsa bali challenge is under way, been in a good place since new years, hit my cfd, done what I can nest and protein wise and its showing.
At the gym now to do today's 5k, it's cold, I don't wanna walk outside so better to do it here than not at all.
Great first day, the buzz is enthralling and hopefully alot of people find their way into a happy place and these 12 weeks don't feel like forced Labour.
Doing a 1min vlog for shiggles, to account for my actions etc.
Obviously, you can have both a breakout and a retest of the broken level. However, for purposes of this lesson,
we will refer to “trading the breakout” as a method of trading where one does not wait for a retest of a broken
level before entering the market.
On the flip side, “trading the retest” means waiting for a broken level to be retested as new support or
new resistance before entering the market.
The diagram illustrates the difference.
A quick glance at the illustration may have you wondering why anyone would enter before the retest.
After all, the name of the game is to buy low and sell high, right?
While that may be true, the retest of a broken level as new support or new resistance is never guaranteed.

FOODS DON’T HAVE A SOUL 👻.
I was training a client yesterday and asked what he was going to have for dinner, and he said, “not good stuff.” I asked what he meant, and he said he was going to Top Golf for a work anniversary and was going to be eating a lot of fried foods and stuff, and that he felt kind of guilty about it. I encouraged him to not feel guilty, and to enjoy himself, especially as things like anniversaries only come around once a year. As long as it fit within his calorie goal for the day (or if he goes by his weekly numbers, by the week), then he would be OK. Or, if he does go over, to just get back on track today.
There are no such things as “bad” and “good” foods. They’re not going to send you to hell or heaven. There are some foods, however, that are somewhat healthier than others with the micronutrient content (vitamins, magnesium, calcium, etc.), and we would all do best to choose those foods 80% of the time. But, if you want to eat a food and it fits your calorie goal, then eat the fucking food and enjoy it 😁!
Don’t tie human attributes to inanimate objects 😉. Food is meant to be enjoyed, as well as for nourishment.

This CTV episode will give you a glimpse of what first responders do behind the scenes to assure the safety of football fans at an Ohio State game. This is an excellent example of the working relationships that Columbus Fire shares with many other agencies in central Ohio. Update on T&S today. If you think a candle chart will tell you anything you are very much mistaken.
If we're not using them on trading desks working for multi-global banks, why should you?
I'v still never been able to get my head around the Retail obsession with "price action".
Is it even Thursday without a #throwbackthursday#transformationthursday photo.
Left is one of my favourite memories of these last few months. We laughed so much that day.
October 14th in Belfast for new followers you most likely missed the fun myself and @ashleighbest85 had dressed as clowns and dancing #dothediren to #livingmybestlife on the Giants Causeway.
The right is this week 16th January.
3 months later. 3 months of commitment led me to feeling and looking the best I have in years. I am just about at the lightest weight I have been in at least 9 years too and I am not done yet by a long shot. 3 months can help you make the long term changes you need to make to make a real difference to your body and mind too. Think how fast 3 months goes. The time will pass anyway. So make it the best 3 months that your future self will thank you for.
So for Day 1 #balichallenge in particular new members of #jamessmithacademy. This is what can be achieved in such a short space of time when you decide to give it your all and really do it.
P. S we went on the record a sequel as the clowns as we had such fun the first time. 😂🤡🤡🤡 Never be afraid to be yourself. Never be afraid to have fun. Those that matter don't mind.. In fact they will love you for it and those that mind.. quite simply don't matter. ❤️❤️❤️ #jamessmithacademy#fijichallenge#balichallenge#weightlossjourney#weightlosstransformation#fattofit#fatloss#inchloss#neatup247#cfd
