Grace Mencia did one lap around the park at Wynnum and came up with a full bag of rubbish. Since kids are the ones mainly here, let’s be responsible and teach our kids the importance of picking up after themselves. #missionlitterpickup

Insinuate that I can’t do something, and I will show you how to do it bebé 🌙
#tbt Travels with Noe and @allanbcool ✈️. A year ago we used to run Snapchat to the ground girl 👻. I even used to make custom filters 😱. I was just at the airport the other week and guess what, the kids are still on it. The girl wasn’t on IG DM’ing or on FB messenger. She was literally going to town on her Snapchat. It was hilarious 😂.
One day these kids are going to be 22 and depending on what I’m doing they might be my target audience 🎯. Will they still be on it? Who knows the next new app might come out by then and capture that generations attention 📱. I’m not on it as much either but trust me I’m paying attention when I see the kids still using it 👻. After reading the ridiculousness that’s on Facebook 🚮, I understand why the 18 and under still uses Snap. Musically 🎶 is now TikTok and guess what...the moms to these kids are using it to create their content to post to the Gram 📲.
I don’t have a loyalty to an app 🤷🏽♀️. I like some more than others for the time being. I’m on Twitter and I hear it all the time...”no one in Hawaii is on Twitter Noe.” Good. Better for me. I’ll get the attention of the mainland consumer that can pay. And trust, I flipped those Henry Kapono CD’s real fast on all IG, FB, and Twitter.
Happy Friday!!!! 😀
How did the week go?
Anything you can do differently, anything you did well and want to maintain?
I love my new workout plan, I’ve included 2 running\cardio days in that so I’ll maintain that for the next 4 weeks at least and see how it goes.
I’m also starting a new morning routine to really fire up my day in a more healthy way. I’m going to leave my phone through in living room while I sleep so when I wake there’s no temptation to go on phone first thing. I want to open my eyes and start with some gratitude not social media🙏🏼

It’s Friday! 🥂 Reminders to make full use of the day and set up a productive following week:
1. Finish off those smaller tasks - you will feel accomplished for the week!
2. Do the hardest thing first - the rest of the day will go by a lot faster and a lot smoother.
3. Plan ahead (probably most important!) - make a prioritized to do list for the following week - You want to hit Monday morning knowing what you need to do, so you’re not wasting time figuring this out.
4. Plan a fun Friday & weekend - work hard, play hard 😎
5. Say goodbye to people in the office - successful people say goodbye to people around the office. A simple, "have a nice weekend" can go a long way. "This is especially important for leaders to do, and especially important on a Friday afternoon to give both yourself and the people you work with a sense of closure to the week and a chance to connect, if even briefly, before everyone departs," Kerr says. I’m not joking when I say there came a moment in my life where I realized I could literally have anything I wanted. That no matter what I put on that dream board or asked for in my head, it could be mine if I wanted it bad enough. And that was the first day I took a deep breath. The type of breath that reaches your gut, fills your back and chest. And when you release it your entire body realignes and relaxes back into its natural state. Gosh I can’t even explain the anxiety I used to live with, the worry, the paranoia that something would go wrong or something wouldn’t work out. And once that day came, I started to settle into life. How did I get here? Yes, it was hours and days of endless self study, personal growth, mind mapping, affirmations and vision boards, even brain washing myself by listening to the same books over 100 x +
And as good as that all was, it did nothing in comparison to learning this single Lesson In Life - WHAT COMES OUT OF YOUR MOUTH COMES INTO YOUR LIFE. This was they day I had ‘ Every Word’ tattoo’ed on my wrist, so that for the rest of my days I would know that I was the one writing my story and creating my life.

Because I’m a CEO, I sometimes feel a bit “off” if I’m dressed or posing in a way that others consider “sexy.” I’ll wonder, for example, if what I’m wearing will still allow me to be taken seriously and earnestly as a leader (and furthermore not get harassed). But when I was younger - long before the executive title - I loved to dress up! Now, though, I usually feel uncomfortable when I’m all “dressed up.” So these days I push myself to break away the borders of my comfort zone by being all the things that a woman is and can be. Professional, glam - and even a little sexy - should ALL be welcome in business and in our lives.
