The impact you can make in 6 months is crazy! So first picture bulked up to 95kg then trimmed it up, went on to achieve even more conditioning into Oct 2017, to build the muscle under the fluff you gotta sacrifice that shredded look & it all becomes a mind game & some can’t part with that look. The 91kg I’m sitting at now is a fair bit different to the 91kg in this picture, coming from a leaner state I’ve responded better to it! Always looking for the next level to take it to I love this shit! #bodybuilding#bodybuilder#bodybuildinglifestyle#gym#gymlife#bulktoshred#brotherhoodofiron#hessofluffyimgonnadie
SOMENTE EM LABORATÓRIO QUE SE PRODUZ CIÊNCIA?
Prof. Eder Lima #CAVEIRA#BOPEonline

I feel like macro nutrition has gained a lot of overall popularity in the last few years because people can make it fit their lifestyle. This is great, because you can create sustainable habits that allow you to achieve your goals, and yet maintain balance in your life. #repost@alignmentnutrition Coach @jeremiah_eskew_an
Another trend I have seen in the last few years is #iifym (If It Fits Your Macros). I feel like people use this as an excuse to find the shittiest food that can and somehow make it fit their macro number for the day. It’s almost like a badge of honor if you can fit six donuts, a double cheeseburger, and a Diet Coke all in one day and “nail” their numbers. WTF is this? And why is this a thing that celebrated?!?
I think we need to start a new trend, and call it 👉🏼 If It Fits Your Micros! I think we can agree in general one of the biggest issues facing the American culture is the rise of obesity. I also not sure I have had one client come to me in the last year and not stated in one way or another they want to lose weight. Bottom line, what assists in effective weight loss? A healthy metabolism, healthy hormone levels, and a balanced thyroid function. What is 🔑 in making sure these processes run at optimal levels? I’ll give you a hint, it’s not Dunkin’ Donuts!
Vitamins and minerals (micros) that support healthy thyroid function:
💊 Vitamin E
💊 Vitamin D
💊 Vitamin B12
💊 Vitamin A
To name a few...
Some real foods higher in some of these:
🥗 Eggs (yes, the whole egg)
🥩 Grass-fed beef
🐟 Wild caught salmon
🥜 Almonds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts
(Yup, pop tarts didn’t make the list sorry)
The main this is mentally telling yourself you want to make a shift in your health and wellness. I hear so much, “I WANT to loose weight”, 15 minutes later posting on social media #iifym 🤷🏼♂️.
If you want to lean out, you CAN’T do the same things you’ve been doing the last 5 years and expect change! You have to be committed, you have to take action, and you have to make a change! You own it to yourself to be
