BANANA AND CHIA PANCAKES
Que mejor manera para variar la avena en el desayuno con estos mega pancakes ultra nutritivos 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 para 6 de estos chicos:
1 taza de avena sin gluten
2 cucharadas de chia
1 plátano muy maduro
1/2 taza de leche (yo use de almendras)
Y si es que el plátano no está tan madura agregarle 1 cucharadita de tagatosa.
Mezclar todo en la jugera. Por mientras calentar un sartén con 1 cucharadita de aceite de coco. Poner la mezcla haciendo círculos chicos, esperar unos minutos y dar vuelta. Encima pueden ponerle syrup, yogurt natural, frutas, lo que quieran!!
Yo doré unas manzanas con aceite de coco y canela y encima le puse frambuesas molidas y escamas de coco! Se mueren como queda, un muy buen desayuno!!! #bananapancakes#vegan#bigoteorganico#banana#apple#food#eatyourmedicine

What’s in my #coconutbowl 🥥
1 Frozen banana
1 cup Frozen strawberries
1/4 cup Frozen cauliflower
1 tbs Chia seeds (@heb)
1 scoop Unflavored protein powder (@myproteinus)
1/4 cup Açaí juice
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond milk (@lovemysilk)
Blend it all together! I added frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, & almond butter (@maranathanutbutters) drizzle to mine.
