✔️ balance on one leg while holding a DB/KB in your opposite hand (if using weights) -
✔️ keep your back flat while hinging at the hips
✔️ slowly lower to the ground until the weight is about mid-shin (this will ultimately depend on hamstring flexibility)
✔️ push thru your heel and drive hips forward while standing up
✔️ keep your neck in neutral position
✔️ flex glute at the top
✔️ try not to touch your foot throughout set
✔️ most importantly, DO NOT round your back!! -
Planning to train legs tomorrow and hopefully will be able to film some of it🤞🏼 However now I’m back at uni I’m back using my uni gym which is great as it’s huge and has some fab equipment but also I do feel quite self conscious, especially about filming myself, has anyone got any tips for filming workouts in the gym?!🤔
