How to properly #RemoveYourMakeup!!!!!!!
SOUND ON 😎
1. Remove you lashes with a #qtip and #makeup remover so you don’t ruin your natural #Lashes. I used #MACCosmetics Gently Off makeup remover.
2. Take you #OIL based makeup remover and rub in all over your face WITHOUT water. You want an oil based makeup remover because oil removes oil... and as we learned, your foundation probably has oil in it. I used Mac’s Cleanse Off Oil, which is my #Favorite! But #Dermalogica makes a similar product called #PreCleanse and #Clinique makes one called #TakeOffTheDay. .
3. Once you have spread the makeup remover all over your face you can add a little water and continue cleaning!
4. Rinse! Follow up with your favorite cleanser. Your regular face cleanser usually isn’t designed to remove makeup so you’ll notice your cleanser works better because now its not having to fight to get to your skin through a wall of makeup. I love #Arcona’s #WhiteTeaCleanser which has #SheaButter for a little deeper clean!
This is #LIFECHANGING if you don’t do it already! My biggest success when going on the journey of #GreatSkin. #DOIT!

Song: You Shook Me All Night Long
Tonight’s PM routine included two new products: @boscia Konica Cleansing Sponge with Bamboo Charcoal and @herbivorebotanicals Prism oil. I’ll use for a few weeks and report back. First impressions: @boscia sponge was super easy to use and a little @drunkelephant Jelly Cleanser (which I am loving) went a long way. Only downside was I made a large mess and had water dripping down my arm so maybe squeeze out excess water before applying cleanser to the sponge?@herbivorebotanicals Prism oil was a thinner oil but felt really nice on my face. I felt like I needed to follow with another product for hydration which is why I used @dermalogica Sleep Cocoon. Good night all! 💤 😴

I call it come on glowing skin. Skin is in. // — eu tenho algum problema ou estou bem com a quantidade de produtos de pele? 🤓😅
I am a huge fan of masks not only because I am a big proponent of #selfcare but they really do amazing things for our skin. Here are 5 reasons I love face masks: 🧖🏼♀️Helps Unclog Pores- I love using clay based or charcoal masks. They can help remove dirt and remove access oil. It can also help remove dead skin cells. 🧖🏼♀️Drive products deeper- masks can deliver higher concentration of active ingredients to hydrate, plump, and balance the skin. 🧖🏼♀️ Target specific skin problems- If you have acne you should look for masks that have salicylic acid, dryness should look for hyaluronic acid, fine lines should have vitamin A & C or other antioxidants, redness should have niacinamide, and dark spots should have vitamin c, soy, or black licorice root. 🧖🏼♀️Relaxation- I find building in “me” time each day is so important to my mental health. I will often play relaxing music and treat my mask time as a mini pamper session. 🧖🏼♀️Part of a good skincare regimen- frequently using masks is part of a good skin care protocol. I would think if you use masks regularly your more likely to use high quality serums, eye creams, facial oils and moisturizers. Do you have a favorite mask????
