It was pretty amazing to see my character art work displayed on a whole accessory line in collaboration with Suki Tsui just a couple of years back.
Remembering Hong Kong and it feels like yesterday when I partnered with Suki Tsui on a fashion accessory line that premiered in Hong Kong. With a whole host of events to keep fans, students and potential buyers very excited.
The bags, clutches, scarves and purses adorned in Miss Led artwork - a fun twist on a Guy Bordin classic - were displayed in a very special Miss Led dedicated pop up space in the centre of the buzzing city.
For the accessory launch event I presented a selection of works that had inspired the collection. For my first solo show outside of the UK I also took a couple of hours to live paint for press, bloggers and potential buyers at the close of the evening.
The event was totally concerned with pink and red, themed from the design chosen for the collection and guests were offered pink champagne and canapés served throughout. A Miss Led themed photo booth was also a sweet touch.
To finish off the trip I ran 2 sold-out Miss Led Fashion Illustration workshops in the space for such a great class of enthusiastic and talented students.
