We’re going to put our necks on the line with one and say that this is our ultimate 918 spec. Finished in a PTS colour “Midnight Blue Metallic” over “Tan” and “Midnight Blue” leather. This being a Weissach car (a must option on a 918) it comes with the lightweight magnesium wheels in “Gloss Black”, rear wing, extended front splitter, and outrageous rear aero canards, all in exposed carbon fibre. The signature “Acid Green” calipers and exterior detailing really pop against the “Midnight Blue” paint. We love this car and it would without a doubt feature in our dream garage. The 🅿️orsche 918 Spyder
This was oddly one of the first cars that caught my attention upon entering the showroom in Miami. The color contrast and hints of green caught my eye. 🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶
☣️The Porsche 918 Spyder w/Weissach Package shown here has some major flair. The special part of this car is the heart and brain. There are 3 motors that power this enhanced beast. One 4.6L V8 that produces 608hp, and two electric motors producing 279hp together, all powering at full throttle an amazing 887hp of thunder. The car is controlled and monitored by an intelligent management system, and has five different driving modes for everyone from the Dr Jekyll to Mr Hyde. 🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶
Of course, this is a Porsche; breaking records is the norm for such a refined supercar. It was the first series production street legal car to break the 7 minute barrier on the famous Nurburgring Nordschleife, the lap time of the Porsche 918 Spyder is 6 minutes 57 seconds. The car travels from 0-60 in 2.2s and does a quarter mile in 9.8s. A 9 second car in its factory form. 🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶
For an extra $95,000 the Weissach Package was added. Weissach is a special place. Its not just a fancy German name for something cool. Although it does sound so. Weissach is a municipality in the district of Böblingen in Baden-Württemberg in Germany. The Weissach axle is named after the town, where the research centre of Porsche is located. The Porsche 918 Spyder was developed in Weissach. Only fitting, is a Package dedicated to the town where the 918 Spyder was developed and created.
