You're always selling to individuals. But you must target a mass audience. Psychology is possible because people are all the same. It's useful because they are all different.
#OCEAN is the best personality model available. Instead of trying to define your audience by sex, race, wealth, interests or ideology, break them down using the OCEAN scale. When you have sold to one personality profile, you can sell to many.
You can predict openness by an interest in more complicated music so a Spotify playlist can tell you about its curator. Typically women are higher in neuroticism and agreeableness. Conscientiousness is correlated with financial success.
The ocean personality profile should be combined with g which stands for general intelligence otherwise known as IQ; this is well documented, objectively measurable and highly predictive.
When you understand each individual personality profile in your audience, and you can reach many of them with a personalised persuasive message, you have the power to move whole swathes of humanity to sell and profit from them.

29th International Youth Forum is devoted to 4th Industrial Revolution and here came about 200 participants from 52 countries. I'm grateful to this great opportunity to share ideas and discuss global issues with world's youths. Main goals of this event are to improve cooperation and enhance mutual understanding among youths across cultures and nationalities.
The real purpose of my visit to South Korea is to participate the 29th International Youth Forum. With other 185 participants from 52 different countries all around the world we gather to learn and discuss about the 4th Industrial Revolution with youth and Life in future. And I am proud to present Finland with these four amazing ladys! 🇫🇮🇰🇷 It's so exciting to be part of this big group full of energy and enthusiasm from so many different backgrounds and cultures. Today I learned a lot about how artificial intelligence already has many impacts in our lives but I think that major part of our learning experience is happening during the discussion sessions. We are learning about the changes of society and technology but we are also learning about intercultural communication and group working, and improving our skills to debate and discuss.
I felt it was like a great social test when a group of strangers are placed in a room for 2,5 hours to discuss about the given topic. We all have our own perspectives on the issues that are discussed and we need to find a balance in between sharing our own points of views while listening and trying to understand others. After today's session, I think we have a lot to learn but I believe we are moving towards to setting the direction for the future we want to create!
