I just woke up. Yep🙋🏻. Apparently I needed it😉. 10 hours last night did me good. My mid section is starting to come back. It's crazy how a cheat of the magnitude a couple of weeks ago can just throw you completely off course. After the Me & V Shenanigans my body kinda went into shock. I blew up the week after and my hormones ballooned me out of control . I looked pregnant basically at the end of that week. All hormonal imbalances. The fats and sugar I threw into my body in just a two day period, after not having any for 5 months, threw me out of whack. Definitely shouldn't have partook in some of the shenanigans (although extremely fun😋) knowing that I had one more show to go. But hey...I'm human. Game on now. I'm starting to feel a lot better and will definitely be getting more sleep and rest these next three weeks before my last show. I plan to shenanigan big time after again however...,Because it's the last of the season and I'm really looking at it as a mini vacation and time away spent with friends.
