Checking in with the mind, body and soul, as I enter #week3.
We are constantly barraged with situations, people, choices and elements that continue to shape us. These are inevitable. I have affirmed in some way, that you don't really need others to speak for you, think for you. When you are weak, in the dark, voiceless, incapable of standing up for yourself, it doesn't mean that you stay there, forever. Since I started this challenge, it was always intended for positive change. I never expected it to be all rosy and white, either. There will be struggles, tears and disappointments: signs that it is indeed a work in progress. Having faith in myself and in what I have started is consequential in getting to my destination. I am growing. I am getting stronger. I am getting there. .

Practicing more sequences with @bohemian_heart Miss Shiela Advincula with heart openers and I just loooooooove those that included flushing out toxins, I could feel them being juiced out of my body 😝😝 Added challenge to #lizardpose for the much needed stretch in my hamstrings and hips.
I had a telephone encounter with this toxic person today. Just too glad we weren't face to face, which held me from wringing my hands around this person's neck. Just kidding. 😉
I had a packed schedule today, starting from my Masters class, to brief birthday lunch dates, and then to the much anticipated Baptism of @rrrrraeg 's first born baby Jaz! Yay! I' m honored to be included in your list 💖💖💗 Then we were off to my daughter's social circle, attending her classmate's 7th birthday party. We were just running out and about but happy to have spent meaningful times on our favorite past time ( read: eating) 😁😁😁 with friends who turned into family. 💞 Our hearts are filled with love, so were our tummies filled with deliciousness. Wondering where we could be invited today 😂😂

Сегодня закончила заниматься по #30daysofmindfulmovement by #aloyoga. Выкладывали весь январь по видео в день на свой ютуб канал.
Начала со 2 января и занималась не каждый день, так вышло🤷. По началу каждое видео сохраняла к себе в список понравившихся. Чтоб позже повторить. Но потом поняла что повторю все 30 дней. Продолжительность класса - 30 минут, для меня то что нужно👌, 7 йога инструкторов- не заскучаешь, все достаточно энергично, а последняя неделя силовая💪😍 в общем, рекомендую, если хотели поразмяться!
А Аманда то! Прибегает в конце 30-и минутки получить свою порцию ласки. Хитрюга🤗 на фото выжидает - я легла, значит уже скоро😁

And with that, my #30daysofmindfulmovement with @aloyoga are over. It’s been an interesting journey & I’ve been through a lot of personal things along the way but yoga has actually helped me a lot. It destresses, teaches you about your body, and is definitely more than fancy stretching 😉 Can’t wait for my next #30daytrials! Stay tuned.
اسانای زیبای چاکراسانا یا چرخ از جمله اساناهای خم به عقبِ کامل می باشد که روی باز شدن قفسه سینه و عضلات پشت و هم چنین دستها به خوبی تاثیرگذار می باشد، پس برای انکه بتوانیم وضعیت نهایی این اسانا را انجام دهیم لازم است مرحله به مرحله پیش رفته و در انجام وضعیت کامل عجله نداشته و با بدنمان پیش برویم تا با تمرین مستمر بتوانیم اسانای چرخ را به درستی و بدون اسیب رساندن به بدن انجام دهیم 🙏

Day 11 of #30daysofmindfulmovement challenge with @aloyoga . I wanted to skip today, but so glad I didn't! Today was my favorite session so far. Not too challenging, lots of moving, it left me feeling strong and tuned in. Thanks #aloyoga
Inhale peace. Exhale fear. Trying to find my conscious self by simply asking “who are you?” all the time. My name is just letters, my weight, just numbers, Colorado is just a place where this body exists. Who am I consciously? Who is this person that has always been here who has seen everything through these eyes? The fear is real. Fear of finding the true self by letting go of the outside world and realizing the only thing shaping me is me. I let outside experiences affect my emotions and my reactions. My reactions can be a defense mechanism of my ego. My reactions should be an automatic response from my consciousness. It is okay to just BE here right now. Breathing, moving, calming the mind to make room for consciousness. See the light. BE the light.
