Thank you, Peloton app dude-bro, for the encouragement while I run or spin on the bike. 😂 💗 #10ktraining#runsarzrun This app is winning the interwebs right now. It’s more amusing with the subtitles ON.
Week 10 day 1 of 10K training done! We got rained on (I guess I need to invest in a rain cover for the stroller! 😂) It was chilly, but Tens liked playing in the water on the snack tray 😝 and got some running in as well 🥰
WHAT’S THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK?
Some say Sunday, others say Monday.
I say Shop run day.
Every Monday night or better known now for me as shop run day. I’ve got down to @lincolnshirerunner for his after hours runs. What shop run has given me is more than just a place to run. I’ve gained so much knowledge. Not just for my running, from the brands and athletes that come in and put on sessions but more importantly from all the runners that attend. Each and everyone of them on their own personal journey. There’s runners training for 10k PB’s all the way up to @sammy.howells completing her first ultra marathon and so much more.
Some of which I’m going to miss out on in 2019 but that doesn’t mean I won’t be watching from a far.
Checking in to see how their training is going and hopefully sending silly motivation through my own page.
Next Monday is a run that I’m so excited for.
17/12/18 will be the last shop run before Christmas and Keith has sorted out a spread of turkey and cranberry sandwiches at the local pub. Anyone and everyone who wants to come down for a run with a cheeky reward at the end of it head over to The Lincolnshire runner on Facebook and leave a message on the post regarding the Christmas run.
2 runs done today.
A cheeky 5 miles home from work and a cheeky 8 miles with Keith and the shop runners.
As always guys hope you’ve all had an awesome day👍🤙
How comfortable are you only running in your sports bra? Ok, pants included 🤪
BUT as for a top, do you run in your sports bra only or do you let your self consciousness get the best of you?! We all do at times, it’s OK! As long as you know you are a total BAMR. And your talented, gorgeous and perfect the way you are. But we’re gonna be right here cheering you on when you crush those upcoming goals 👏🏻 In the meantime, check out the hashtag #sportsbrasquad for some inspo 🤘🏻

The holidays are here - are you struggling or crushing it?! I'll be honest, there are days when I feel great and that I can see all the hard work I've put in. Then there are days I eat too much ice cream 🤷 I couldn't survive the holidays without my accountability group and the consistency it provides ❤️
As I was flipping through @womensrunningmagazine
last week and I came across an article about how to train for a 10k. I didn't realize that I wanted to try to run a 10k, but here I am, one week through the 8-week plan.
I've always enjoyed running but I don't enjoy races. They start early in the morning, there are a ton of people... It just doesn't feel fun to me! So instead I'm training for my own Sarah 10k, to be run in about 7 weeks at a time and place that feels right to me.
Here's to trying new things!
Week 1, Run 1 of 10K training complete. Only 20 minute run this time, and I've decided not to include the warm up and cool down walks as part of my Strava log anymore. #running#10ktraining
I am spending my Monday morning eating a healthy, low cal breakfast and meal planning for the week. During this time I try to relax but focus on what I want to eat for the week to reach my goals. Focusing on meal planning allows me to see what foods I need to meal prep and maybe what meals to cut down on or completely out because they weren't as healthy as I thought. I usually spend about two hours meal planning for my week.....time consuming yes but well worth it.
Later this evening, I will meal prep and get my food and self ready for my upcoming week.
This breakfast is more eggs then my normal mornings because I know I have to run errands, go to the gym and go to the laundry mat. So this will help me stay full a little longer. Also, I will have plenty of water with me and a protein shake ready so when I do get hungry out running errands I will have what I need and not stop and get fast food.
How do you prepare for the week? What are so of your go to meals or staple foods. Wanna swap recipes and ideas?
