Oh, I have pain in my belly and neck and my legs also feel tired. But I don't actually mind because I know that the pain is because of something I did Saturday and which my body is not yet used to.
Last year, I watched the Crossfit Games and one of the events was a marathon row. Yes, the contestants had to row for 42 km. Jokingly, my boyfriend asked me if we want to try that too. And I was intrigued. Now , 42km is a lot!!! I know I cannot do it now, but I started setting small goals and so I started with 10km last year. I did it once and it took me 1h and 6 minutes. This year, my goals for rowing are 🔹️row 10 km again 🔹️row 10 km in less than 60 min 🔹️row 20 km
And on Saturday I did the first two goals. I rowed 10km in 52.52 and that makes me super proud. Because on Saturday morning I thought I could not row 10 minutes because I just didn't really feel like going out of the house even, and while rowing the first kilometres, I had doubts of being able to row for an hour.
But I am competitive, especially with myself and so I rowed and rowed and it was fun.
