Sorry long post
So while I’m here feeling a bit deflated at the really slow pace I’m losing weight lately like 1lb every 3 weeks isn’t what I really want but I have to try and remember losing tiny amounts or staying the same still isn’t a gain. So I did some transformation pictures to make me feel more positive and this one I feel shows where I have lost weight on my hips and my arms to rather that just my stomach which I tend to see more in pictures. Now the picture on the left is when I first got the dress I think beginning of the year and tried it on and is a no breathing in trying to make it look better picture (it isn’t the one that made Instagram originally that one was a breathing in hand on hip covering up picture) and the one the right I took the other morning while retrying on the dress again no breathing in trying to stand in a similar place to the first picture. #weightloss#weightlossjourney#weightlosstransformation#slimmingworld#slimmingworlduk#slimmingforthewedding

Überraschenderweise wurde ich gestern von meinem ehemaligen Laufbuddy gefragt, ob wir nicht mal wieder zusammen laufen wollen. Jetzt, wenn es immer früher dunkel wird, fühlt man sich auf jeden Fall sicherer, wenn man nicht alleine unterwegs ist, also haben wir gestern gleich getestet, ob es noch passt.
Trotz des langsamen Tempos und einer eigentlich entspannten 13km-Quasselrunde, war ich danach fix und fertig. Vom Regen und Wind wurde mir kalt und sogar meine Uhr behauptete, ich bräuchte 3,5 Tage Erholung 🙈 Das habe ich mir sehr zum Herzen genommen und als erstes fast 12 Stunden geschlafen 😂 So tief, dass ich sogar den geplanten #raceday verschlafen habe... 🤪
Aber egal... Jetzt trinke ich noch einen Tee aus meiner Lieblingstasse, die so gut zu der neuen Medaille passt 😉, denke ein wenig über das schöne Marathonwochenende nach und mache mich ran an die Haushalt 🤷🏻♀️ Habt ein schönes Wochenende! 🤗

I'm back! 😁 As of today I'm officially back on slimming world again! I've not really thought about dieting for a really long time, but Its time to jump back on plan again! I haven't been conciois of my eating habits since my wedding day in July! And to top it off I've just come back from the lost amazing two week holiday in Orlando, where baisically the only veg I ate came in the form of the salad in my burgers and I'm not sure it counts saying I had plenty of fruit from my cocktails and the grapes in my many glasses of wine?! 🤔 These images are only a snapshot of the food that I devoured whilst on holiday, we ate breakfast out almost everyday and certainly had dinner out everyday!! 🐷 ... So, yeah, that's that! There Will be 13 weigh days untill christmas so I'm going to aim to lose at least a stone untill 22/12/18 (And then I'm sure over Christmas eve, Christmas day & Boxing day I'll put sed stone back on again 🙄😂). I haven’t posted in ages I’m still doing weight watchers finding it so hard to get meetings with work I’m down to 11.1 which is 10 pounds and I mean it’s been a strugggllle 😂🙃 but here’s the difference, remember those penny’s jeans I had a melt down over 😒😤 (still not over it) here’s how they fit now 🤗 still have some way to go but I’m starting to feel comfortable again and buy clothes I actually like and not just ones to hide my body. #weightlossjourney#weightloss#weightlosstransformation#weightwatchers#weightlossmotivation#fuckprimark

I remember the days when I wouldn’t let anyone take a picture of me because I hated the way I look - and there are still some parts of myself that I will never like, but I’ve come a long way and I think the fact that I try everyday to improve myself is the best thing about this whole change for me - not the fact that my iPhone thinks I’m two different people 😂🙈 The outfit I’m wearing in this pic didn’t fit before my #weightlosstransformation and I never wore tights - now I’m ready for an autumn and winter without leggings - I will never own a pair of leggings again having had to live in them for over 4 years because nothing else fit.
Through this whole #weightlossjourney I’ve become stronger both mentally and physically, I exercise because I want to, I eat healthier because I want to and I take time to concentrate on myself and my own wellbeing as well as the boys.
I still have so many goals to reach on this little journey of mine, but each day I get a little closer to my destination and I’m so much happier than I once was 💛🧡💛

*frantic waving* Hello!!! I am so sorry about lack of posts I've just been so busy but a good busy. Currently loving where I am in life at the moment and the positive changes happening but it's meant my posting on here has slacked some what 🙈
I mentioned the other day that I've joined the body shop at home which I am so excited about. I'm generally so excited as I hope doing that and Beauty Therapy at college with the focus on skin care helps build up my experience and confidence 💋
I've had the last 2 weeks to adjust to my new routine this jas meant my exercise hasn't been so heavy and intense just more light and quick. A nice family weekend is planned this weekend all ready for me to give 100% to everything from Monday 💪🏻 Thanks for sticking around guys, your support means everything!
